The following conditions of sale apply without reservation between the Artist Karthik and anyone wishing to purchase on the website www.karthikart.com.

OBJECT

In these terms and conditions of sale, the Artist Karthik defines the contractual relationship between any natural or legal person (regardless of their status) who purchases the prints from the site www.karthikart.com.

Artist Karthik reserves the right to modify its terms and conditions at any time. These conditions of sale will apply if they are modified after the date of the order is made by the purchaser.

PRICES

All prices indicated on the site www.karthikart.com are inclusive of VAT.

Unless otherwise stated, Artist Karthik reserves full rights to modify prices at any time without prior notice. However, the price indicated on the day of the order will obviously be the only one applicable to the purchaser.

The delivery price will be indicated to the purchaser upon purchase and may differ depending on the geographic location and the size of the package to be sent.

ORDERS

FULFILLMENT AND RETURNS

Returns are not permitted after items have been shipped. The only instance in which a return may be possible is when an item has been fulfilled incorrectly. It is not possible for us to facilitate exchanges.

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

Free Shipping

All domestic orders are shipped free of charge and delivered within 10 days of shipment.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

Our shipping services are available worldwide. International orders are not eligible for free standard shipping.

Please note that we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries, and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.

Artist Karthik is committed to delivering his products as soon as possible and respecting the deadlines indicated when placing the order.

The buyer must verify the contents of the shipment in the presence of the delivery person upon delivery.

If no reservations are reported on delivery, the products are considered to have been delivered in good condition.

CAN I RETURN/EXCHANGE MY ORDER?

Refunds will only be facilitated in the instance of:

A damaged item was sent out
Order cancellation prior to shipment

It should be noted that a defect caused by the transport of the product (damaged packages) can not be reimbursed by Karthik. Any damaged product will not be refunded or exchanged.

If and only if the above provisions are respected, then the Artist Karthik will reimburse the ordered products (excluding shipping costs), within 30 days of the withdrawal. During a refund, the buyer will be refunded by bank transfer.

The deadlines indicated above start from the day of receipt of the order.

PAYMENT TERMS

The price is required when ordering.

In the event of the insolvency of the purchaser, the site www.karthikart.com will not deliver the products ordered.

Artist Karthik reserves the right not to honor an order from a purchaser with whom a dispute has arisen over a previous order, in particular a default in payment.

All major debit and credit card payments are secure on the site www.karthikart.com.

Purchasing the product entails the buyer's responsibility for the delivery costs.

Any redistribution or reproduction of part or all of the contents in any form is prohibited.
